We are a leading group of resort and vacation club, we are looking for a HR coordinator familiar to Information Technology roles and project management. With a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and payroll. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict and effective in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of Labor law and payroll process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Availability star working within 2-3 weeks.

Functions:

  • Asist with internal and external HR related inquiries to the digital Services Division
  • Maintain hard and digital copies of employee records
  • Asist and execute the recruitment process and prepare employment contracts.
  • Perform orientations for new staff.

Location:

  • Work in site.
  • Puerto Vallarta.
